Live in the present

Recently, "live in the present" messages came to me.

They came from 3 different places in one day.

I thought it must be a pretty important message to me.

so I figured I should pay attention(*^ー^)ノ

one message said,

"When you drink water,

you should thank both water and the ability to drink.

For example,"thank you for purifying me"etc...

I thought I'd like to try it soon(°∀°)b ♪

I realized that I usually take these things for granted.

I think this idea and this feeling are very similar to the sensation

of tea ceremony and meditation(・ω・)/!!

I think this is the goal of those who teach this philosophy.

We're often too caught up in the past and the future.

We should learn to focus more on the present.

It's not an easy thing to do,

but we should try to be grateful for what's right in front of us.

Maybe this is what is meant by "live in the present".

I think it can apply to all things≧(´▽`)≦!

Not to mention music o(〃^▽^〃)o♪♫!!!

"live in the present"

I want to try to remember it.(*^^*)♪
